The folk traditions which are featured in the video include Baul songs, Gambhira, Gajan, Bolan,Chhau dance, Santhali dance, Mundari dance, Raibenshe, Lokhun Nritya, Jhumur, Natua, Nachni, Tusu songs, Dhal, Paika, Nachan Rene, Larai Lunge, Damphu Nritya amongst others. Some old and rare clippings from the Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre's documentation library have been used in the video to show the dances in their most authentic forms.
