This documentary talks about the different tribal art forms that use masks as a part of their rich culture and heritage. It covers seven such art forms; Saraikela Chhau which is found in different villages of Jharkhand; Pashu Nritya of Odisha, in which animal masks are used; Purulia Chhau, where the community of Santhals perform this art form; Gambhira of Malda, performed on festive occasions; Gamhira of Dinajpur performed to mark the new year; Singhi Chham and Yak Chham of Sikkim and the Bhavna of Assam.
